Of Love and Success

He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. 1 John 4:8(AMP)

True success is in the revelation of love. This is the love of God toward us and all men.

People who lay a claim to success without understanding love will always use their success as a weapon for the destruction of others.
There is a glass ceiling over everyone who seeks success as a form of revenge.

When you see success through the lens of love, you will understand that it is a responsibility and that by it, you demonstrate God’s love to the world.

Why do you think some of the richest people in the world carry the heart of philanthropy? Is it because they have money to simply give away? No! It is because whether consciously or unconsciously, their success was begotten by love.

Our degrees and academic qualifications can never change the world. Money on its own can never change the world. No amount of political power can change the world. Only love has the power and capacity to transform humanity.

When God elevates you and causes you to shine, when He increases the circumference of your influence, when He sets you above many as a pioneer and a policymaker, in all these things, let His love shine through you because godly success finds its expression in love.

Know Daddy’s Heart 2

Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.
Ephesians 1:4-5

Today, many persons have found themselves enslaved in uncertainty, fear and doubt of whether Daddy God, the creator of heaven and Earth is on their side or interested in what happens to them. But the opening scripture is clear that before the foundations of the earth were laid, you and I were chosen in Christ to share and enjoy love in the family of Daddy God.

This love that has eternally been in Daddy God was demonstrated in the death of his son, his only son Jesus Christ when he laid down his life on the cross for us. (See Romans 5:8).

Paul further adds “Daddy God was in Christ reconciling us to Himself, not counting our sins on us but on Jesus who is the propitiation of the sins of the world. (See 2Corinthians 5) This love with which he loved us has no end, yet it’s purpose is that me and you make evident a one big beautiful family of heaven.

In a family, the heart of a father is always unconditionally love, provide and protect his children. Like we saw in the parable of the lost Son (Know Daddy’s Heart 1) irrespective of the mistakes you make as a child, Daddy God is always present to receive you to himself with the biggest pride in you, the strongest unconditional love and the highest assurance of your permanent place of acceptance before and in Him as a Son.

My dear friend, because Jesus has died on the cross, all your mistakes and shortcomings have been settled, Paul in Hebrews says it this way “Your sins and iniquities I remember no more.” Therefore, all you have to do is come boldly to the throne of Grace and receive Mercy.

Beloved, my prayer is that you know deep in your heart, soul and mind that the heart of Daddy God towards you is to always present you Holy and without fault in His Eyes.

Do not let men’s negative stories and experience corrupt your perception of Dad’s heart, nor should you make their good ones be a standard. Come and experience his goodness and perfection towards you in Christ Jesus. And see him do exceeding abundantly above all you think or ask.

Choose to Hear from Above

If the LORD delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, ‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’ Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they [are] our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD [is] with us. Do not fear them.” Numbers 14:8-9

A story is told in Numbers chapter 13 and 14 of particular tribe leaders who were sent to spy the land of Canan. Now, Canan was a land flowing with Milk and Honey, and Daddy God promised it to his people, saying “I will give you the land that I swore to give to your father Abraham”

On returning from spying, 10 of the twelve reported how small, as grass Whoppers they looked before the Giants in the land, “we can’t win these people” they added, causing terrific fear in the hearts of the people.

But Caleb and Joshua we’re of a different Spirit, irrespective of the Giants they believed the word of Daddy God and said, “those Giants are actually bread for us, let us go and take over the land.”

My dear friend, in Christ Jesus, Daddy God is pleased with you, giving you full rights to all his promises. It is written of you being a Joint heir with Jesus Christ, meaning the same rights Jesus has over what is of Daddy God so have you in Him before Dad. And of His promises, Paul says “they are YES and AMEN.

Beloved, in Jesus Christ, Daddy God has not withheld any good thing from you. He says, “If I spared not my only son Jesus Christ, how shall I not with him give you all things.” See Romans 8:32

All things means all things. It compromises of the big and small, visible and invisible: it is a business, Career, relationships, academics, family or that contract. Daddy is willing to give you all things because He gave you Jesus.

Today friend, receive Healing, wisdom or provision in Jesus’ Name, Amen. Like the land of Canan, there may be some Giants, but remember by the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross, that healing, success, prosperity, Joy, healing, provision have already been paid for and are permanently yours.

Do not see yourself as a grass Whopper before the challenges in front of you, but rather see it as bread because Jesus has already won the victory.

In Jesus Christ, you have been made more than a conquerer. Today, incline your ear to the words of the blood that speaks better things of you and see yourself thrive above the systems of this world.

Bring Jesus into the Picture

So he cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet.
Exodus 15:25

Jesus makes everything beautiful in your life. When everything about us was negative and sin, Daddy God did not send an angel but His son, his only son Jesus Christ to us. (Romans 5:8-9) When Daddy God loved the world, He gave us Jesus. Today, it may be in your marriage, relationships, career, business or family, choose to bring Jesus into the picture and experience the super abundant blessing of Daddy God.

Choose to see Jesus in the midst of everything that you do and learn to bring Him into the picture. When you look at your past, the scars of yesterday may still be throbbing in your memories. Perhaps you were emotionally hurt by someone you trusted. Perhaps you grew up in a dysfunctional family. As you look back now, you may still feel angry, frustrated, and disappointed all at the same time, and the hurt still pierces your heart. But in the midst of your pain, start involving Jesus. See the Lord holding you, gently healing your wounds. Jesus is right there restoring you, putting courage into your heart and taking away all the sense of shame and guilt

My Friend, Jesus wants you to know that your past will not determine the future that He has for you. Once you involve the Lord and put Him into the bitter waters, He will turn the bitterness into sweetness. That is what the Lord did for the children of Israel. When they came to a place called Marah, they could not drink its waters because they were bitter. Moses cried out to the Lord and the Lord showed him a tree, which Moses cast into the waters. When he did that, the Bible says that “the waters were made sweet.”

Why did the unpleasant, undrinkable waters become refreshing and sweet? The answer lies in the tree that was cast in. The tree is a picture of the cross on which our Lord Jesus hung, bearing every broken heart and every sting of betrayal. When you bring Jesus into your situation, He can cause every bitter experience to become sweet! Talk to Him and allow His presence to restore you to wholeness today!

On the cross, all our shame, bitterness and rejection was experienced by Jesus, that in Him we may experience good and perfection.

“There was nothing attractive about him, nothing to cause us to take a second look. He was looked down on and passed over, a man who suffered, who knew pain firsthand.
One look at him and people turned away. We looked down on him, thought he was scum. But the fact is, it was our pains he carried -our disfigurements, all the things wrong with us. We thought he brought it on himself, that God was punishing him for his own failures. But it was our sins that did that to him, that ripped and tore and crushed him—our sins! He took the punishment, and that made us whole. Through his bruises we get healed.”
Isaiah 53:2-5

Jesus Christ Our Place of Reconciliation

Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
1 Corinthians 5:18-19

In 2007, I was like many Christians who believed “one loses fellowship with God when He/she sins.” But in the new covenant, the blood of Jesus put an end to sin and gave us everlasting righteousness! Jesus does not have to be crucified repeatedly whenever you fail because every sin has already been paid for on the cross.

We need to trust in just how complete and perfect His finished work is. Today, as a new covenant believer, you are righteous not only until your next sin. You have everlasting righteousness, the righteousness of one Man—Jesus Christ.

Jesus died for our sins and rose again for our justification. God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, not counting our sins against us! Because of what Jesus has done on the Cross, everything about your life is destined for a glory to glory experience, you are one with God.

My friend, no judgment will fall on you today because it fell on Jesus 2,000 years ago at Calvary. If you are faced with challenges in your life, Marriage, career, relationships, or business. I desire that you know that God is interested in your success because in Christ Jesus, you are on one side.

Do not believe the lies of the enemy into thinking that something bad is happening in your world because it is the Judgement of God. See Daddy God in Jesus Christ on the cross brining you to His side. And because you are on the same side, your marriage, business, marriage, children, career are also on that side -the side of God.

God is not against you. He is for you and on your side. He remembers that He has already judged and punished your sins in the body of His Son. And because He is faithful to His Son and to what His Son has done, He will never judge or punish you. Any trouble that you might have today is not from Him. But He will show you a way of escape because He is on your side. He loves you and has your best interests at heart.

Beloved, God is not out to get you. He is out to bless you. And He wants you blessed more than you can ever ask or imagine. Today, see everything about and in your life reconciled and in oneness with Daddy God because of what Jesus Christ Did on the Cross for you. (Ephesians 3:20)!

The Lord is our Refuge: Praying Psalms 91

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.” Psalms 91:1-2

On a daily, we are faced with news, a change from channel to channel, one is likely to hear conflict, disaster, disease and new strains viruses or political unrest.

In addition, we hear of people and friends losing their loved ones in ways such as accidents, murders, and disease; leaving us with questions; “Is there a place where I can take refuge from a world gone mad?” “Is Daddy God still interested in my being safe and secure? “Is the promise of a long satisfying Life still sure for us the church?”

Yes, there is a sure refuge, Daddy God is keenly interested in our protection and loves that everyone in Christ lives a long satisfying Life. This is demonstrated in what Jesus accomplished on the cross. He died Young, that we in him should live a long satisfying Life in it’s abundance.

He foresaw all these things and promised in His Word protection from every evil known to man and that with long life, He shall satisfy you.

There is no trap set by the devil that Daddy God cannot deliver us from, if we trust in Him and take Him as our refuge. No evil shall befall you is his sure promise.

Whether it is an earthquake at midnight, a crazy sniper, a virus or an unknown attack? Daddy God says, “You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday”

Why?

Because you have made Him, the Lord your dwelling place, angels are watching over you right now. They give heed to the voice of God’s Word, so you should give voice to God’s Word.

Don’t forsake your sure mercy in Christ by beholding the vanities of the world. Agree with and speak what God’s Word says about His preserving and protecting you, angels minister for you.

Don’t say, “If it can happen to them, it can also happen to me! No, a thousand times No.” Rather say, “A thousand may fall at my side and 10,000 at my right hand, but it will not come near me” “He gives his angels charge over me, my marriage, children, family, business, relationships and much more.

As the world says that you cannot but expect danger all around. God says, “You are in this world but not of this world. You have My protection because you are of Me and in Me” (see John 17:14–23). His blood speaks of you “Divine Protection”

You have access by faith into the secret place of the Most High (Jesus Christ) where no evil can touch you. Don’t live in fear because the Lord is your refuge and fortress. And those who trust His Word completely find His Word completely true!

Jesus on the cross died young, that in him you and me should live a long satisfying Life. When the devil throws thoughts questioning the faithfulness of Daddy God, telling of what happened to this or that person, look to the cross and see Jesus die Young so that you might have life, and life in it’s abundance.

Even in the midst of fear and loss, my friend find hope, restoration and confidence in the word of God regarding you, family, business, career and so on.

Jesus Our Righteous Advocate (Part 2)

“…to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.” -Hebrews 12:24

An Advocate is a person who is professionally qualified to plead the cause of another in a court of law. He stands in your place to determine before the Judge whether you are guilty or not; He pleads a defendant’s case before a judge. He speaks up so that your needs are heard, your rights are understood, and your problems are resolved; He pleads a defendant’s case before a judge.

Today, Forensic psychology/science tells us that blood has a voice. DNA can be extracted from just one small drop of the murderer’s blood and the results used in court as evidence. On several occasion, we have witnessed blood speaking to stamp relationships between people

My friend blood in a sense can speak. And speaking of the blood of Jesus, it “speaks better things” than that of Abel. Abel’s blood cried out, “Vengeance! Vengeance!” after his brother Cain murdered him (see Genesis 4:8–11). But Jesus’ blood cries out forgiveness for our sins, healing for our bodies, and peace and soundness for our minds. It cries out protection for our coming-ins and going-outs, good success for the works of our hands, the righteousness of Christ as our acceptance before God and much more!

In the Bible, Jesus’ blood speaking of “better things” is found in the context of the last days when things are being shaken, so that the things which cannot be shaken will remain (see Hebrews 12:27). God wants you to know that you will not be shaken when you put your faith in voice of the blood of Jesus, which only declares better things for you. That is why Daddy God wants you to see Jesus’ blood shed for you in every area of your life including areas that cause your heart to tremble and your confidence to be shaken.

For example, if you are afraid of losing your job, See Jesus and listen to the voice of His blood over your job speaking “Favor with your boss!” In these days when you are shaken by fears such as COVID-19, Corrupted Vaccines and terrorism; See Jesus and Listen to the voice of His blood speaking “Protection and deliverance!” When fear rises as the doctor gives his prognosis, See Jesus carrying all your griefs and sorrows on the Cross, and Hear His blood Speaking “Healing and wholeness!”

Jesus as your qualified advocate on the Cross of Calvary after the much whipping, rejection and blasphemies won every battle, habit or challenge that today stands to oppose you. Even before Daddy God in Heaven, through the Blood He shed, Jesus presents you as one qualified and with rights to everything that is His. Romans says of you “You are a Joint Heir with Jesus Christ.”

In every area of your life, see yourself even as Daddy God see you in Jesus Christ. Irrespective of the shortcomings, choose to have your confidence in Jesus Christ and yield to the voice of His finished Work which His blood declares in Marriage, family, Child raising, Career, Academics, Ministry, Business, Relationships and any such this as may deem fit.

My Friend, the eternal precious blood of Jesus, which speaks better things, will never lose its power. See that you keep hearing the voice of grace, which speaks salvation, righteousness, protection, deliverance, provision and healing over your life!

Jesus Our Righteous Advocate (Part 1)

“My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous”

1 John 2:1–2

When John calls Jesus “our Advocate,” he means that our Savior stands before the Father to plead our case, to ensures we are heard, understood and our rights are met and respected. His case for us is grounded in the work He has done to secure God’s favorable verdict by His death and resurrection. Because of Jesus’ work on the Cross, Daddy Gods ears, eyes and emotions of love and care are no longer strange to us.

In Christ, Daddy God can never, has never judged you without hearing from your advocate -Jesus Christ through the lens of the Cross. Today, the language of your advocate is revealed in the ink of His Blood. And in Hebrews, assurance is given us that the Blood of Jesus speaks better things than that of Abel which sought vengeance. Jesus’ mission is to save. (Hebrews 12:24)

We were guilty of sin and unable to meet the Lord’s demands, but the perfect righteousness of Jesus, imputed to us in our justification, sets us right with Daddy God, and every time Jesus is before God on your behalf, He reveals how through the cross you have been qualified for all of God’s blessings. (See Ephesians 2)

Dr. Matthew Henry writes: “The clients are guilty; their innocence and legal righteousness cannot be pleaded. It is the advocate’s own righteousness that he must plead for the criminals.” Jesus Pleads our case not based on our works or behavior but His Righteousness and finished work on the cross: Daddy God no longer condemns believers, for Christ has satisfied His just demands. Jesus our “propitiation” endured the wrath we deserved so that divine justice is fulfilled, not set aside.

My friend, today Daddy God accepts no atonement from anyone except the death of His only begotten Son, thus, Jesus is an advocate worth all your trusting. Even now, the marks of Jesus’ death that He carries in His perfect immortal body in Heaven speak before Daddy God in our behalf. Allow Him to be the voice that echoes through everything that you do and experience exceeding abundantly above all.

Whatever you are faced with today, on the mountain top or in the valley, at your bests or worst; set your eyes on nothing else but Jesus Chris, find confidence in the better things that His blood speaks of you “Righteousness of Daddy God in Christ, One with Daddy God, Nothing can separate you from the love of Daddy God revealed in Christ Jesus, your path (marriage, family, career, business, children) are shinning brighter and brighter unto the perfect day.”

There is now no Condemnation

[There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1

I know that right now, with all the fear and panic that is hovering around the world, as men seek for reasons as to why things are happening this way, the devils’ voice regarding your sins increases in volume telling, “it’s because of this and that sin.”

My friend, Daddy God is not corrupt that He will send Jesus, have Him die for all your sins and still hold to your account that very sin. Even today in our National laws, it is not lawful to punish a person twice for the same crime. If you are Born again, I want you to remember that Jesus was punished for all your sins, even those of tomorrow, and has washed them away with His blood from the sight of Daddy God; past, present and future.

Right now, Daddy God is not holding anything against you, It is Him who loved us while sinners, it’s still Him who gave Jesus to die for our sin, It is Him who raised Him for our assurance that the sin problem has been dealt with and it is still this Daddy God that Has qualified you as His Righteousness in Christ Jesus, knowing the short comings on your way.

When the devil tries to condemn you, say to him “Because of what Jesus has done for me on the cross, I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am Justified before God by Faith, and now Daddy God holds nothing against me because He held everything against Jesus on my behalf. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

For Jesus became sin for you that in Christ you are made the righteousness of Daddy God. (2 Corinthians 5:21) Daddy God say “Your sins and Iniquities I remember no more because Jesus has washed them away.” (Hebrews 8:12, 10:16-17). I know that you may have indulged in acts of sins but because of the blood of Jesus, when you are Born again, Daddy God see you blameless because you are presented by Jesus not yourself. (Ephesians 1:3-5)

My dear friend, overcome sin by counting on what Jesus did for you on the cross and not you trying in your own efforts to please Daddy God. In Jesus, you are the son or daughter whom Daddy God love, in whom He is well pleased. Look to Jesus the author and finisher of this faith we have received.
